Welcome to ChurchTab ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChurchTab Ministry Operating System, including our website, web application, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using ChurchTab, you (the "Church Admin", "Authorized Representative", or "User") agree to be bound by these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a religious organization, denomination, or non-profit entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChurchTab provides a cloud-based Ministry Operating System. Our core features include, but are not limited to:
- Member Management and CRM directories.
- Talent alignment and Spiritual Gift Assessments.
- Financial tracking, requisition routing, and digital tithe/offering collection integration.
- Administrative automation tools including Task Boards and Asset Inventory logs.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, though we strive to provide adequate notice for major structural changes.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, 2FA tokens) and for any and all activities that occur under your account. ChurchTab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Subscription & Payments
The Service operates on a tiered subscription model tailored to the size and needs of your ministry.
- Tiers: Services are currently provided in three standard tiers: Church Plant (Free), Growing Ministry (₦15k/month), and Mega Church (₦25k/month).
- Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are non-refundable unless strictly dictated by applicable law.
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay within 30 days of the due date will result in a temporary suspension of services ("Read-Only Mode") until arrears are cleared. Prolonged non-payment may result in account termination and data deletion.
- Denominational Scaling: For denominational structures, Headquarters (HQ) accounts pay the standard rate. Every additional branch provisioned under that HQ is charged at a 60% discount (only 40% of the base tier price).
5. Authorized Agents & Partners
If your organization was onboarded by an Authorized ChurchTab Agent, your subscription remains subject to these terms. Agents are independent contractors and do not have the authority to legally bind ChurchTab, modify these Terms, or promise custom features outside of our official roadmap.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use ChurchTab strictly in accordance with its intended purpose. You explicitly agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
- Share executive login credentials with unauthorized third parties or attempt to bypass role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code of a destructive nature.
- Use the platform to harass, abuse, or unlawfully discriminate against members of your congregation or third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the "Spiritual Gift Engine" algorithms, dashboard designs, and brand marks) are and will remain the exclusive property of ChurchTab and its licensors (Joshuaonpurpose LTD). Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ChurchTab.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChurchTab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform.
In no event shall ChurchTab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Any spiritual, administrative, or financial decisions made based on the "Spiritual Gift Test" results, dashboard analytics, or any other data generated by the platform.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time via the Billing Settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nigeria.
